Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets for Indian customers, and international cards for global customers. Invoices are generated automatically for each billing period.

Yes. The iOS and Android apps are free to download and use for any employee of a subscribed organization. The subscription is paid at the organization level, so individual employees are never charged for the app.

Yes. Sensitive data — bank details, PAN, Aadhaar and salary — is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and all traffic is encrypted in transit over TLS. Access is governed by role-based permissions with field-level masking, and multi-factor authentication is available.

Verdeshell HRMS is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Mumbai (India) region, with managed backups. Data residency in India helps organizations meet local data-handling expectations.

Verdeshell enforces tenant isolation at the database level using row-level security, so every query is automatically scoped to the signed-in organization. No tenant can ever read or write another tenant's data, even within the shared platform.
