How does overage work?

Your base fee includes the headcount shown on each plan. If your team grows beyond that, you simply pay the per-user overage rate for the extra employees — there is no hard ceiling on any paid plan. You'll always be able to add people; the overage shows up on your next invoice.

Example: A company 10 users beyond the Growth 100 included 100 pays ₹7,500 + (10 × ₹80) = ₹8,300 + GST/month.

How does Verdeshell HRMS pricing work?

Verdeshell HRMS charges a flat monthly base fee that covers a set number of users. The Starter plan at ₹2,200/month covers up to 25 users. If your team grows beyond the included headcount, you pay a small per-user overage rate — there are no hard ceilings on any paid plan.

What happens if my team grows beyond the included headcount?

You pay the per-user overage rate for any users beyond your plan's included headcount. For example, on the Growth 100 plan (₹7,500/month for up to 100 users), a team of 110 pays ₹7,500 + (10 × ₹80) = ₹8,300 + GST per month. You can always add people without hitting a hard ceiling.

Are there discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 10–15% depending on your plan: Starter saves 10%, Growth plans save 12%, Business saves 15%, and Enterprise pricing is fully negotiated.

Can I switch HRMS plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the billing section of your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are prorated for any change in billing period.

Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You pay the base fee, applicable GST (for INR billing), and any overage for users beyond your included headcount.

What payment methods does Verdeshell HRMS accept?

Verdeshell HRMS accepts payments via Razorpay — cards, UPI, and net banking — for INR (with GST) and international billing. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every billing cycle.
