How does overage work?
Your base fee includes the headcount shown on each plan. If your team grows beyond that, you simply pay the per-user overage rate for the extra employees — there is no hard ceiling on any paid plan. You'll always be able to add people; the overage shows up on your next invoice.
Example: A company 10 users beyond the Starter included 25 pays ₹2,500 + (10 × ₹100) = ₹3,500 + GST/month.

How does Verdeshell HRMS pricing work?
Starter is billed at ₹100 per user, per month, with a 25-user minimum — so the smallest bill is ₹2,500/month, 100 users cost ₹10,000 and 250 cost ₹25,000. Business and Enterprise use a base fee that covers a set number of users plus a lower per-user rate beyond it. There are no hard ceilings on any paid plan.
What happens if my team grows beyond the included headcount?
You simply pay for each additional user. On Starter, a team of 40 pays the ₹2,500 minimum plus (15 × ₹100) = ₹4,000 + GST per month. On Business, users beyond the included 1,000 are charged at ₹60 each. You can always add people without hitting a hard ceiling.
Are there discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 12% on Starter and 15% on Business. Enterprise pricing is fully negotiated.
Can I switch HRMS plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the billing section of your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are prorated for any change in billing period.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. You pay the base fee, applicable GST (for INR billing), and any overage for users beyond your included headcount.
What payment methods does Verdeshell HRMS accept?
Verdeshell HRMS accepts payments via Razorpay — cards, UPI, and net banking — for INR (with GST) and international billing. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every billing cycle.
